Meet our Deaf Pickleball Australia TEAM!

CindyLu joined pickleball with much enthusiasm and continues to play as much as she can. She is a member of Pickleball Australia and lifetime member of Deaf Sports Australia.  CindyLu will serve as the main contact, administrator, and liaison with other organisations.

Timmy if a former elite tennis player that converted to pickleball.  He loves it so much that he pursued coaching and refereeing certificates with Pickleball Australia. He is involved with clubs from Sydney, Central Coast, and Newcastle. Timmy goes out to the community and hosts clinics and social interactions on the pickleball courts.  He will contribute to events, coaching, rules, and competitions.

Cherylene is a passionate pickleball player who brings determination and joy to the sport.  She is very involved with her local pickleball community as the President of Kempsey Pickleball Club.  Cherylene is a member of Pickleball Australia and a level one coach & referee and DUPR coach.  She will oversee membership, policy, and our community.

Reed is an avid pickleball player and member of both Pickleball Australia and USA Pickleball.  He continues to be involved with the Deaf Sports community and ICSD.  Reed will oversee finance and resources.

While Anna doesn't play pickleball yet, she is keen on the sport and deaf community.  Anna currently studies Auslan.  She will assist CindyLu and the team with administrative duties and roles.
